I never expected the tools to be this useful
The games are super helpful for building emotional connection and curiosity. The touch games helped me to witness when am I abandoning myself to "make the other person happy" or do "what I think I want". This helped me witness when I am giving myself permission to act and when Im doing something from obligation. Ricky as a facilitator gave very clear instructions to understand the benefit and format of everything we are doing. I have used these techniques with my clients in one on one and group therapy sessions and they have all had A-ha moments around expressing their desires, learning how to say no, and understanding when they are betraying themselves for the sake of making someone "happy".
